We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from readily available items, as items in stock can be shipped immediately. If pre-orders and readily available items are ordered together, then they will ship when the pre-order becomes available.

Payment

All pre-ordered items have to be paid for in order to be shipped.

The 21 Packaging shipping process begins before your order is placed. Upon checkout, you are able to select the shipping method that works best for you and your order. The shipping method selected will determine your exact shipping charge. With this information, you are able to purchase with confidence. Pre-orders may take up to 14 days to arrive and are shipped immediately. This is an estimate and the time frame given above is subject to change at any time. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item.

We do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, changes in sizing/product.
