Once payment has been received, orders take 1-14 days to fulfill. This, however, is dependent on order volume and inventory levels.

All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues. Returns, exchanges or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.
