Discounts

Payment
All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment.
 
Shipping
All items are shipped and tracked with Zipmail or Knutsford Express. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available. Please contact me to discuss shipping options.
 
All shipments are sent between 14 and 21 days.
 
Free Shipping
Orders over $10,000 JMD qualify for free shipping by entering code FREESHIP10 at checkout.
 
Fulfillment
Once payment has been received, orders take 1-21 days to fulfill, depending on the availability of the product.
Cancellations & Changes
All orders are processed immediately after payment thus cancellations and changes can only be made within 2 hours of payment being received.
 
Damaged Items
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this time
