Discounts

Payment
All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment.
Shipping
All shipments are sent within 21 days.
Free Shipping
Orders over $10,000 JMD qualify for free shipping.
Fulfillment
Once payment has been received, orders take 1-21 days to fulfill. This, however, is dependent on order volume and inventory levels.
Cancellations & Changes
All orders are processed immediately after payment thus cancellations and changes can only be made within 2 hours of payment being received.
Damaged Items
All items are quality-checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.
